城市中水综合利用工程中高效异养硝化菌的筛选

 摘 要：目前水资源问题越趋严重，而将城市中水综合利用是缓解水资源紧张的有效途径，妨碍中水循环利用的主要问题之一是氨氮超标，因此如何将城市污水处理厂出水进行深度脱氮成为研究的热点。传统的硝化菌多数是自养型的，在工程应用上存在缺陷。为获得更具工程应用价值的异养硝化菌，对来自西密湖底污泥中的异养硝化菌进行富集、筛选及分离纯化。实验分离得到2株菌种，通过纳氏分光光度法测定样品中的氨氮和N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法测定亚硝基氮的浓度来鉴定其硝化能力，并做了温度对其硝化速率的影响，结果表明在温度为25-30℃时，硝化速率达到最大。

Therefore, how to urban sewage treatment plants will water depth denitrification become the research focus This article introduced the screening domestication and purification of the Nitrifying bacteria from ximi lake. There are two strains isolated from experiment By degrees spectrophotometry samples of ammonia nitrogen and N - (1 - naphthalene) - ethylenediamine spectrophotometric determination and concentration of nitrogen nitro identifying its nitrification ability. And the temperature of the influence of nitration rate, the results indicate that the temperature of 25-30 ° c, the maximum rate of nitration.
