Hotel E-commerce of western region in our country has impelled the big development in developmental strategy of western region to certain degree, and it has promoted the rapid development of western area’s economy. However, the western hotel E-commerce has emerged recently. The development is imperfect, and it has many restriction factors.
The paper proposes some valuable strategies and measures for some questions which exist in the western hotel E-commerce at present. Firstly, it introduces the research background, summary of domestic research literature,meanings and methods, and the overall survey of the development of the China E-commerce and the western E-commerce. Secondly, it analyzes some necessary and important environmental factors for western hotel E-commerce development, such as network environment, economic environment, policy environment, talent environment and so on. And it carries out the simple comparison to the eastern and western area hotel E-commerce development survey. Thirdly, the paper analyzes some restriction factors that developing western hotel E-commerce faces, such as the network infrastructure construction, the security problem, and so on. Finally, the paper suggests some valuable strategies and tactics for the future development of western hotel E-commerce, such as speeding up the enterprise information infrastructure construction, training the enterprise E-commerce talents, strengthening enterprise communication with outside developed areas, and so on.
