ABSTRACT
With the continuous reform of the administrative system and the successful application of the performance management theories in enterprises, more and more government departments began introducing advanced models of performance management. This paper was based on the status of government performance management at home and abroad, and studied the statues of the Pujiang with some performance management theories. During the process, some problems on performance management would be found out so that the author can improve the performance management system of the Pujiang Administration for Industry and Commerce.
In this paper, the first part which includes the status of government performance management at home and abroad, the steps of the research and the main content of this paper explains the background and significance of this paper; The second part of this paper gives a brief review on the definition, theories and methods of performance management; The third part gives a simple introduction on the frame and the performance management status of the Pujiang Administration for Industry and Commerce, then the author fingers out some problems about the performance management of the Pujiang Administration for Industry and Commerce; The fourth part of this paper improves the link of the performance management cycle; The fifth part is a summary about this paper.
