The farmers is one of the core issues of “three Rural Issues”, the Central has always been the satisfaction of farmers in rural areas as a measure of the effectiveness of an important element, however, the theoretical circle of farmers also rarely satisfaction systems. Based on 365 peasant households in Hubei Province, the survey analyzed the factors of Satisfaction of the affected farmers, and evaluate farmers’ satisfaction of Xiang fan City.Study shows that: the impact of farmer satisfaction with the performance of the main factors in the medical level, income, work style of cadres, traffic conditions, investment in education, educational level and the extent of seven aspects of civilization. Where, agricultural policy, social security, democratic atmosphere and housing conditions on satisfaction with the impact of farmers is not significant. The analysis also showed that, there was a significant difference in the sources of income satisfaction , the satisfaction of the farmers in land contract is More significant than in grain farmers as a source of income satisfaction. The assessment of farmers satisfaction in Xiang fan of Hubei Province showed that the overall level of satisfaction is low, but the degree of farmers civilization and education is on a higher level satisfaction, investment in education and the style of cadres to show lower satisfaction degrees.
