Abstracts: This is to introduce the design features of turning gear of Unit GUD 1S V94 3A in a CCGT., the structure and working process of hydraulic turning gear of gas turbine, as well as the damaged causes and maintenance process of motor hydraulic cylinder of turning gear in No.2 Gas Turbine.

0概述
某电厂建有两台西门子GUD 1S V94.3A燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组。燃气轮机采用单缸单轴、轴向排气的结构,具有设计合理、运行可靠、寿命长、适合多种燃料、检修方便等优点,适合承担电网基本负荷,也适合于作调峰机组。
该机组的轴系排列(图1)从左到右的布置为:燃气轮机透平-燃气轮机燃烧室-燃气轮机压气机-中间轴-发电机-励磁机-SSS离合器-汽轮机高压缸-汽轮机中低压缸-凝汽器(轴向排汽)。燃气轮机和蒸汽轮机各有单独的液压盘车装置,是西门子燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的设计特点。燃气轮机液压盘车装置布置在燃气轮机径向联合推力轴承箱盖上,液压盘车齿轮与燃气轮机大轴齿轮径向啮合传动方式;汽轮机液压盘车装置布置在中低压缸后轴承尾端,液压盘车齿轮与汽轮机大轴齿轮为轴向啮合传动方式。
