摘要: 针对目前国内灌溉系统落后的现况,集成国内外水管理自动化与信息化的先进技术,设计了基于PLC与组态软件的水监测系统,采用先进的GSM 组网技术, 并运用模糊PID控制, 实现了对张掖盈科灌区干渠和支渠4扇闸门的自动控制控制,满足了系统数据传输实时、高速与高可靠性要求,以及水量测量与闸位开度信息收集传输的需要。目前,该系统已实际应用,性能稳定,自动化程度较高。

Abstract: Aim at Currently domestic irrigation system lag instance. We integrate domestic and international water manage automation and information advanced technique.,Design and Realization of the water level and Control System are Based on PLC and configuration software. the advanced GSM set net technique and Fuzzy PID control is adopted, Automatization control on the four sluices of the main canal and branch canal is successfully realized. 1 引言
在经济迅速发展的同时,我国水资源的匮乏问题日益突出,节约水资源已是势在必行。然而,传统的农业灌溉方式却又在大量浪费着宝贵的水资源。目前国内80%灌渠的闸门均由人工进行启闭控制,控制手段和控制方法远远落后于水利信息化的要求。随着计算机与信息技术的快速发展, 采用新技术、新设备对灌渠的闸门控制设备与管理进行现代化改造, 进行节水智能化建设迫在眉睫。灌渠闸门智能化控制系统的建立, 不但能提高灌渠信息采集的准确性及闸门控制的灵活性、快速性, 而且还可以进一步提高水资源的利用率, 对提高水利主管部门进行工程灌渠的整体管理水平和综合效益,实现科学管理、高效控制,节能增效将起到直接的作用。随着工业自动化技术的飞速发展, 人们对自动化监测系统, 特别是对监测软件的要求将会越来越高。
本文使用力控组态软件开发的灌渠水量监测系统, 实现了张掖盈科灌渠4扇闸门的模糊PID控制, 采用先进的GSM组网技术,满足了系统数据传输实时、高速与高可靠性要求,并且达到水量测量与闸位开度信息收集传输的需要。
