摘要:铂电阻温度传感器是利用其电阻与温度成一定函数关系而制成的温度传感器,作为温度传感器在实际温度检测系统中应用十分广泛。但其非线性影响了测温精度,因而成了检测中需要重点处理的问题。分析了铂电阻测温中产生非线性的原因,从不同方面讨论了消除或减小非线性误差的方法,提出了线性校正方法并验证具有实用性。

Abstract: Platinum resistor is a therminstor that makes use of relationship between resistance and temperature. The application of Platinum resistance is very wide-ranging when it is used in temperature detection system as temperature transducer. But its nonlinearity affects the precision of measurement, so the nonlinearity becomes an important problem to deal with in temperature detection. The principal causes of nonlinearity in temperature measurement are analyzed and the methods of eliminating or reduceding nonlinear errors are discussed from different aspects in this chaper. The proposed methods of linear rectification are practical.

引言
在机械制造、工业生产等领域经常要考虑到温度对测量或加工的影响,因此,对温度的测量和控制就显得尤为重要,传感器是实现测量与控制的首要环节。铂电阻温度传感器,因其长期稳定性、可重复操作性、快速响应及较宽的工作温度范围等优点而在实际温度检测控制系统中应用极其广泛。利用铂电阻测温,重点需要解决的是非线性问题。近年来,关于铂电阻线性校正的方法提出了很多种,每种方法各有优缺点,笔者总结了利用铂电阻测温的实际经验,下面就非线性校正问题进行讨论。
