蜂窝梁挠度计算方法研究

摘要:蜂窝梁是一种腹板开孔的新型钢梁,与普通实腹梁相比具有节省材料、便于铺设管道、平面内刚度增大、承载能力高等优点,特别适用于现代工业厂房屋盖结构。蜂窝梁由于腹板开孔其抗剪能力降低,与相同截面的实腹梁相比受剪力影响较大,在挠度计算中不仅要考虑剪力引起的剪切挠度还要考虑剪力次弯矩引起的挠度。本文以费氏空腹桁架理论为基础,考虑蜂窝梁孔高比和距高比的影响,根据面积等效和惯性矩等效的原则,提出简支蜂窝梁的实用挠度计算公式。以简化计算公式为依据分别对不同蜂窝梁挠度进行计算,同时利用有限元软件ANSYS对相同条件下的蜂窝梁进行仿真分析,将公式计算结果与有限元分析结果对比,以验证计算公式的准确性。

Research on the deflection calculation of castellated beam

Abstract:Castellated beam is a new type steel beam with the characteristic of open web. It is characterized by its lightness, high load-carrying capacity and its convenience for setting pipelines through its web, and it is especially suitable for modern industrial factory building structure. Compared to the solid web beams, the shear capacity of Castellated beam is reduced because of the web opening, so in the deflection calculation the Shearing deflection and the deflection caused by shear secondary moment should be included. In this article , based on the principle of area and inertia equivalent, the practical formulas for deflection calculation are deduced on the hypothesis of open-web truss theory considering the influence of diameter-depth ratio and space-depth ratio of the web. Finally the deflections of various Castellated beams are calculated according to the simplify formula, at the same time the simulation analysis are carried out to the same beams by ANSYS. By comparing the formular calculation results with the results analyzed by ANSYS, the precision of the formula for deflection is verified.
