摘要: 针对消化池空间双曲面结构特点,采用可用于曲面混凝土结构施工用的可调节钢模板单元、环形螺纹钢筋内楞、放射性辐杆支架及新型对拉螺杆杆组成的模板体系,该体系可以适应任何标高处的截面变化,具有加工容易、拼装简单,可重复周转使用,安装工效高,混凝土成形准确,外观一致性好等特点,有效地解决了异形结构模板施工的难题,提高了工效,降低了成本,成型后的混凝土内实外光,各项性能指标均满足设计要求。

Construction Technique of Variable Formwork
For Yichang Waste Water Treatment Digestion Tank Project

Extract: In view of the characteristic of hyperboloid structure of digestion tank space, formwork system, which consists of adjustable steel formwork unit, annular thread steel bar’s back support, radioactive amplitude bar rack, new type counterpulling bolt bar, can be used for construction of hyperboloid concrete structure, the said system can adapt to the section variation of any elevation and has the advantages of easy processing, simple assembly and repeated usage, efficient installation, precise formation of concrete and having even good looking in external shape, and has resolved the difficulty in the construction of abnormity structure formwork and has increased the working efficiency and reduced the cost. The concrete after having been formed is condense internally and smooth in external shape, the indexes of various performances meet the requirement of design.
