摘 要:研究了硝酸钡与多聚磷酸钠分别与甲酸钙复掺对水泥石TSA的影响,并与掺30%石粉的水泥净浆作对比试验,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)等方法分析产物组成。结果表明:水泥石中同时掺加甲酸钙和硝酸钡可以有效抑制碳硫硅钙石的生成,其效果跟外加剂掺量有关,掺0.5%甲酸钙和1.0%硝酸钡的水泥石抗TSA的性能较好。甲酸钙和多聚磷酸钠复掺能延缓生成碳硫硅钙石,不能阻止水泥石发生TSA破坏,掺0.5%甲酸钙和0.5%多聚磷酸钠的水泥石抗TSA腐蚀的性能较好。

The Effect of Admixture Composition on TSA of Concrete

Abstract:The influences of calcium formatecas mixed with barium nitrate and sodium-polyphosphat respectively as a combination on TSA of harden cement paste were studied, and comparison experiment on harden cement paste containing 30% of limestone powder, erosion products were analyzed by way of X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR). The results show that when adding calcium formatecas and barium nitrate to cement paste simultaneously, the resistance to sulfate attack can obvionsly be improved. The harden cement paste added with 0.5% calcium formatecas and 1% barium nitrate simultaneously has a good resistance to TSA. The harden cement paste added with calcium formatecas and sodium-polyphosphat simultaneously could delay the process of formation thaumasite but stop.The 0.5% calcium formatecas and 0.5% sodium-polyphosphat were used as a combination gave good results.
